Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHOD :
UK:
Most Orders are shipped from within the UK. Orders are usually shipped within 2 days. (Monday – Friday) using UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, EVRI and DHL Inclusive delivery time is 5-7 Business days (Estimated) . International Shipping may take slightly longer.
Communal Deliveries (Block of Flats):
Customers living in blocks of flats or shared buildings are responsible for any deliveries left in a porch, lobby, or other communal area. Once an order has been delivered to the address provided and placed in a communal or shared space, we cannot accept liability for loss, theft, or damage. Customers are advised to provide clear delivery instructions or arrange a secure alternative where possible.
International Orders:
Where possible International orders are shipped from within the Country itself. For example Orders placed in the USA are shipped from within the USA therefore no Custom Duties are payable.
Orders to EU states are shipped from within the EU.
Shipping Status :
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away(check your spam folder), don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that time frame.
Order placed on Friday after 11:00am are shipped on the next working day. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Item not received :
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You maywish to contact the carrier to check.
Customs/Duties:
Most orders will not be effected by this however we would recommend you contact us before hand if unsure.
Orders placed in the UK, USA and EU are more than likely not charged import duties as they are shipped from within the respective Countries/State/Zones unless the product is shipped from outside the zone. Some products are only stored in the UK and will need shipping from the UK.
Customer are responsible for any Custom and Duty charges incurred as we have no control over local Tax laws.
