Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return for faulty items for a no-hassle exchange.

This is different from your right to cancel, please see Right to Cancel section below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us using our contact us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question using our contact us page. Return Postage cost is covered by the customer.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is unused and defective, then you are eligible for a replacement. If you have received the wrong item, we will provide the return address for you to return the incorrect item, and post out the correct item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

(Hygiene Policy) 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Refund & Returns postage are to be paid by customers. Products that fall under the hygiene category such as foot massagers, back massagers, knee massagers, red light therapy(Belts/Devices/Face Masks/Panels),UVB(Devices/Panels) , laser hair removal, leg compression, Blue Light Devices and others are not eligible for a return once opened.

This complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Limits of application: circumstances excluding cancellation: 28. (3) The rights conferred by this Part cease to be available in the following circumstances— (a) in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

(any products open/unpackaged will be considered as 'unsealed' due to hygiene reasons).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item or an item with an incorrect charging port/pin as we supply worldwide, you will be eligible for a replacement only and not cancellation of the entire order. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Right to Cancel
Customers have a right to cancel their order within 14 days of Receiving their order. We must be informed about this before that time lapses and the items must be Returned by the Customer within 14 days from the day they inform us. Returns cost is covered by the customer. Right to cancel does not apply to items that have been opened/used due to hygiene reasons and this policy complies with:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds do not apply to products that fall under the Hygiene policy. If unsure please reach out to us before placing an order as you can be sure the product is right for you.
